What you pay for, and what you don’t
In the couple’s space, the free album counter and the step up to the complete album: you see what’s left before you pay.
One payment, one wedding. No subscription, no renewal, no per-guest fee, no shipping, no deposit.
Prices are in euros, taxes included. You pay on a secure Stripe page: Film 36 never sees your card details.
You can create the album, try it as a guest, and only pay when you need it.
What you’ve already paid is deducted: going from the album to the pack means paying the difference.
How long everything is kept: the free album 30 days after the wedding; the complete album and the guest book 12 months, from the wedding date or the purchase date, whichever is later. Each album shows its end date, and we email whoever created it 7 days and again 2 days before. After that date everything is deleted for good: “Download everything” is there before then.
Before you pay, you tick a box: the service starts right away (videos, uploads with no limit on count, 12 months of storage) and you give up your 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). If it doesn’t work as promised, write to us: we’ll find a fix, or refund you.
The disposable camera app is bought on the App Store: Apple sells it under its own terms, and handles its refunds.
Your pricing questions
Is it a subscription?
No. The album, the guest book and the app are each paid once, for one wedding. Nothing renews and nothing is charged afterwards. Another event needs a new purchase.
Do prices include taxes?
Yes, in euros. The price shown before you pay is the price you pay: no shipping, no deposit, no hidden extras.
Can I pay later, or add the guest book afterwards?
Yes. Create the album for free, try it as a guest, and pay when you need it. If you add the guest book later you only pay the difference, so the total matches the pack (€59).
What happens when the 100 free photos are used up?
New uploads stop, and the complete album (€49) reopens them straight away without losing anything. The photos already in the album stay there, visible and downloadable.
Can I get a refund?
The complete album and the guest book start as soon as you pay, so before paying you tick a box giving up your 14-day right of withdrawal. If the service doesn’t work as promised, write to hello@film36.app: we’ll find a fix or refund you.
How long is everything kept?
The free album 30 days, the complete album and the guest book 12 months. We email you 7 days and again 2 days before the end date, and “Download everything” gets it all in one click. After that, everything is deleted for good.
