Hosting

The film36.app website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.

The app’s data (photos, events, accounts) is hosted by Supabase Inc. on infrastructure located in the European Union. No photo leaves that perimeter.

Intellectual property

The Film 36 name, its visual identity, the film looks and every element making up the app and this site are the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction or adaptation, even partial, is forbidden without written permission.

Photographs taken with Film 36 belong to their authors. The publisher claims no right over them, exploits them for no purpose (neither promotion, nor model training, nor transfer to a third party) and merely hosts them for as long as the service requires.

The illustrative photographs on this site are demonstration images.

Personal data

Data processing is described in detail in the privacy policy. Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. These rights are exercised directly from the app, or by email to the address above.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies: no analytics, no advertising tracker, no third-party service. It therefore shows no consent banner, having nothing to ask consent for. Nor does the app contain any tracking tool.

Liability

Film 36 is an event photography service. The publisher takes reasonable measures to keep the service available and to keep photographs for the announced period, without being able to guarantee the absence of interruption or data loss.

Photographs are erased automatically at the deadline shown in the app. It is up to each person to save the ones they wish to keep before that date; the publisher cannot restore a deleted photograph.

Each user remains responsible for the images they produce and share, in particular for respecting the image rights of the people photographed.

Hyperlinks

This site may point to external resources over which the publisher has no control and for which it cannot be held responsible.
